Right now im training 5 days a week, i switched it up about a month ago,
i was training 3 days a week.
Alot of people say 5 days is too much, what do u think?
My routine looked like this
mon-bis
tues- cardio in mourning back in afternoon
wed-chest
thurs-cardio in mourning legs in afternoon
fri-tris and shoulders
sat- off
sun-off
im thinking about goin back to
mon back bis
tues cardio in mourning then chest tris
wed abs
thurs shoulders
fri legs
sat off
sun off
what's that sound like, i think it sounds a little better than what i was doin, plus maybe the switchup will do me good any comments
