Something with heavy compound movements as the staple. Training three days a week with low volume/high intensity and preferabky hitting every muscle group twice in every 7-10 days. I like Iron man HIT, but I will be trying DC soon enough.
I've done alot of research and have tried HIT in the past with good success, but now I'm going with DC.
