Hey guyz, heres the senario, i wake up aroung 6-630 go to the gym around 7
do aroung 20-40 min of cardio (@70% mhr) and then workout at the gym
wat can i do? I cant do cardio on a full stomach and i cant workout w/o anyhting in my stomach! I'll bring along a PWO Shake tho
shud i pack a PreWorkout drink for after cardio and then take one after workin out?
