    IS this ok?

    Well first off I havent posted here for a LONG time so I am lookin to get back into bb again.I though I read a post on here about a split that looks something like this:

    Day 1: Chest,tri's, shoulder's
    Day 2:Rest
    Day 3:Legs:
    Day 4: rest
    Day 5:Back bis traps.

    Does this look right?

    When I am on cycle I prefer

    Mon - Chest
    Tue - Back
    Wed - Bicep-Tricep
    Thu - Shoulders
    Fri - Legs

    Sat Sun off

    that workout you posted is exactly how i follow. with 1 exception, i do shoulders on back day. but that looks good to me, good to see you're hitting the compliments

    thats how my routine looks except in different order

    if i was u, i'd stretch it out to 4 days.
    hows this:

    mon: chest + tric
    tues: legs
    wed: off
    thurs: back + bic
    fri: shoulders + traps
    sat: off
    sun: off

    i've found i have the best gains with 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off.... im 7 weeks into cycle now and things are goin great.. my split looks like:

    monday: chest/abs
    tuesday: back/calves
    wednesdays: bi's/tri's/abs
    thurs: off
    friday: quads/hams/calves
    saturday: delts/traps/forearms/abs
    sunday: off
