    Does working out your legs boost test levels?

    I was told that working out your legs boost testosorone levels. Is this true?

    doing heavy leg workouts like squats, deadlifts, and so forth will boost test levels. things like leg extensions, leg curls, won't do much of anything. it's the real heavy compound movements that increase the test and give you the most size.
