    HIT routine while on SD?

Does it make sense to do the HIT routine while on SD? I really like the program but I'm wondering if I might better benefit from a different routine. The key to the HIT routine is recovery but since I'm on SD my muscles should be able to handle more of a load and still recover quick. Maybe I should just blast each muscle group with 10-12 sets once a week, or switch to a twice a week routine.

imo, one should never do HIT unless they are training for cardiovascular benifit, plus with the lower back pumps, it may be hard to do any cardio at all...if so just throw some taurine in...but i would only do cardio 2-4 times a week in the a.m. on an empty stoumach, and at 65-% of your heart rete:ie, walking on a slight incline on a treadmill
