    Barbell Curls Vs EZ Barbell Curls

    Quick question guys..

    Why is it that i can lift more weight with an ez bar rather than a straight bar when doing curls? Is it coz u use more forearms with the EZ bar? I am stuck with the straight bar and cant increase weight and i still have to improve alot. Shall i stick to EZ bar since i can lift more?

    for same reason u can do more weight on hammer curls than u can on supinated form of curls.

    Do a couple weeks of straight bar and then a couple weeks of EZ bar. Your strength will improve, just be patient and make sure your diet is in check so that you grow.

    spot on, never hurts to mix things up. unless its a molotov cocktail, and goes off in your hand
