im currently working out one muscle a week, with 2 days rest. I train really hard and intense though, but i find it's not enough. im swore for about 2 days after the muscle i worked, but im thinking of working each muscle twice a week, would that be overtraining. I like my regular workout though, its intense, takes like one hour, im good to go, but by my rest days, all the pumps r ogne, i don't feel as hard, so it makes me think if i should change it up, anyone got any of their routines they would like to share with me.?
