Im sure many of you have heard this word used by many girls. "how do i get so and so muscle toned'. I think it refers to seeing your 6-pack and other muscles. I have had MANY arguments about this topic with many people who are just ignorant or stubborn to reasoning.
SO correct if im wrong, but doesnt toning refer to primarily low body fat - and this would be achieved through cardio and clean diet - a ketogenic diet??
Working out plays a role because if you build more muscle, the more energy is required by your body to maintain this muscle and the more tendency your body has to burn fat??
Am i right in my logic??
