    Question caved in chest

I got kicked in the chest on my right side by a horse as a kid and now my chest sticks out a little further on the left side, due to the actual bone structure now. My dilemma is that working my chest out with basic tecniques
builds it up equally muscle wise but the bones underneath keep it asymmetrical. If I do one armed dumbell presses with only my right pec then
my right triceps and delts grow more and dont match the other side either.
I need to find exercises that will ONLY stimulate my right pec.
If i could just add a little more size to the right side pec then I could finally
    even this bitch out!
Lately ive just been isoflexing that side only and it seems to have helped a little. What about site inj. on that pec
    Any suggestions please!

dont try to work out one side of your chest, you cant chage that structural damage with functional or aesthetic training. tret your chest as if the event didnt happen, let you body sort out the difference, if one side is weaker or smaller, i have found that using lighter weight is a better alternative than isolation exercises. by using lighter weight you allow the weaker or smaller side to catch up.

also in your case, you cant change your anatomy, you have to work with it, and isolation probably isnt the best idea
