first let me introduce myself, I am a new member, just joined actually. Great forum I must say!
Ok now what i am looking for as far as advice goes..
I am 25yrs old, been lifting/dieting on and off for years,very athletic,and into fitness,health,etc.
6'2 175lbs, 10% body fat, pretty lean as u can see. I have cycled Test,and D.bol, about 4yrs ago, at the time i was 185lbs, bf?, and hit 210 in 4 weeks, but most was water, well i went through a divorce, and some other stressful things, now here i am trying get back into the game. i have been lifting and dieting for 8 weeks, now, trying to bulk up,but keep the body fat low.ladies love the abs!well i am looking to cycle again, Test,and Deca. and possibly after coming off,then cycling Win.V so my questions are, diet,and workout,and how much of what and when? also 175 i am now, well 8 weeks ago i was 166, so i have gained. my goal is 200lbs, 5-6% body fat, basically Ryan Reynolds physique( BLADE 3 Trinity) so anyone who can help me out as far as what i should eat,when to eat it, what my workout should be like, and how i should cycle? i have a very,very high metabolism, i can lose weight simply walking around the block,lol, no but seriously.
