    Mass For Arms

    Rep wise for bicep / tricep mass would 10-8 reps be suffice or reps within the range of 8-6?

    i keep it at 12 reps on both.

    You have to figure out what works best for you. I do my biceps after back and triceps after chest so I only do 2 exercises w/ 2-3 sets each @ 8-12 reps.

    splitting the workout like script said is good, esp. if u wanna add mass go heavy on ur back exercises and chest. tht will hit the bi's and tri's nicely before u finish off with some isolated exercises. dont stress to much bout the reps man. 2 extra or 2 less reps is not gonna matter tht much, just hit thm really hard, and eat very well. consistency is the key

    no not really anything ov 15 reps may be a bit high, i like it i get a great pump/burn...been doing it for years now and i enjoy the results

    I always thought the common consensus was that biceps respond better to lower reps and triceps respond better to higher reps.

    putting on mass is a function of your diet more so then the rep range.

    Agreed, but it is a combination of that along with finding your genetic rep range...Meaning what your body responds to in that particular muscle group, that can be tested...
