    Some Good Lat Exercises?

What are some good exercises for the lats specifically? My back routine I feel is pretty good, but my lats are lagging so I'd like to add an exercise for them specifically.

My back routine, if it helps right now is:

    Chin-Ups (x4)
    Deadlifts (x3)
    Wide-Grip Pull-downs (x3)
    Seated Row (x2-3)

    Thanks bros

i have both deep and very thick lats....

I use hooks so i can use more weight..

    wide grip pull downs 4x12-20
    close grip pull downs 4x12-20

seated pull backs, this is the machine with the pad on your chest.. a hammer machine..

    270lbs max 4x12-20

seated fly.. bent over.. this hits more of the rear delts though..

Bent rows with a narrow underhanded grip hit them hard for me. Pull to your lower stomach and Use a weight that allows you to fully contract though IMO, dont try to lift just for weight.

Oh yea, also, cant forget underhanded close grip pulldowns. Those hit em hard too. Get a really good stretch on the way up and then pull back and contract hard. Feels good.
