I usually do with my back but I have done shrugs with shoulders because they are kinda getting touched on both days.

I do em on back day, D-Bell Shrugs, at the end, 6 sets 6-10 reps, give that a go! haha
Like you, I train my traps with shoulders and I feel that this is optimal. IMO it can matter if you train your traps with your back. If you train your back and traps and the next day you train your shoulders, your traps are going to be used quite a bit. But if you train your back and traps and don't train your shoulders for a few days it won't matter. So it depends on your training split.Originally Posted by manc

i like traps on shoulder day, mainly because i split back with biceps and shoulders aren't split with anything which makes it a pretty quick day so hitting traps at the end works out perfect for me

Shoulder day as well. Just feel right, especially after doing my upright rows, then jump into some shrugs.
