    Leg Press = seeing stars

Today was leg day. Instantly after my last rep on the sled I saw "trails" or shooting stars. I looked around the gym and it looked liked I was in a meteor shower. They went away after about 20 seconds.
Is this because of the pressure I put on my back?

Could be because you are breathing incorrectly. I'm not satisfied with a set unless that happens

chest quit posting and let me catch up a bit.......and i've only seen stars when i was on superdrol.....prolly due to unusually high blood pressure.

Exactly. It won't be awesome if you get pinned by eight or nine hundred pounds.

We call them checkers and it's normally caused from not breathing correctly.

its incorrect breathing, like the rest said lol. when you dont breathe correctly during exertion, your bllod pressure goes to hell, and things like this are common. dont worry, just concentrate on your breathing, like a chick in labour, only less bloody
