Hey guys im new here and thought i would make a post asking for some advice.
I have seen in SMAN12B's signature for cycle advice please give the information so here goes.
FOR CYCLE ADVICE PLEASE PROVIDE:
AGE 19,
HEIGHT 6 ft 1,
WEIGHT 176lbs,
BF% 5,
DIET 5-6 small meals per day, about 3400 kcal
TRAINING gym 3 times per week, full body workout. also football practice, PREVIOUS CYCLES none,
GOALS gain 20 lbs short term. and add about 50-60 lbs to my bench, squat and clean.
I dont know if there is a such a thing, but is there any steroids out there that i can cycle then come off with all my gains intact? or at least most of them?
