    Steroid Questions

    Hey guys im new here and thought i would make a post asking for some advice.

    I have seen in SMAN12B's signature for cycle advice please give the information so here goes.

    FOR CYCLE ADVICE PLEASE PROVIDE:
    AGE 19,
    HEIGHT 6 ft 1,
    WEIGHT 176lbs,
    BF% 5,
    DIET 5-6 small meals per day, about 3400 kcal
    TRAINING gym 3 times per week, full body workout. also football practice, PREVIOUS CYCLES none,
    GOALS gain 20 lbs short term. and add about 50-60 lbs to my bench, squat and clean.

    I dont know if there is a such a thing, but is there any steroids out there that i can cycle then come off with all my gains intact? or at least most of them?

    Hello, At your age your not ready for any type of AAS, you have enough natural hormones floating around your body to make really good quality gains if the correct diet and training program is used,

    At such a youg age you have a chance of damaging your own hormone balance up which could cause problems in later life, the best thing you can do is go to the diet forum and check out the diets and put this with a solid training program and get a good solid base to work from, this takes years to achieve but the results when you do start a cycle will be far better in many ways,

    Also brother at 6'1 - 176lbs you have a lot you could gain more naturally really look into and acess your diet man. Also I really doubt you are at 5% BF, 5% is very very low. I mean you are probably really lean but not 5%

    I went on a full body composition analyser scales at my old gym, came up 5%

    from expereinced people I've talked too, I was told that trying to bulk when under 12% BF doesn't yield the most desired results. Like marcus said, I would look into your diet, it really may seem stupid because "you eat food all the time". Honestly if you really think you eat 3400K regularly just try calorie counting out a typical day for us on here. I found out I wasn't eating enough at all, you may find out the same. Good luck.
