I hit abs 3 days a week and do cardio on the weekends.
If anyone could chime in for my next 5 weeks it would be greatly appreciated.
My cores bench, squat, and DL are as followed.
I benched 310x5 last week. I squated 480x5 last week. and i took dl off this past regiment, but last month i did 545x3.
