when trying to bulk should you forget bout cardio or do enough jus not to make you loose weight?
Comes down to personal preferance, when I bulk I dont do cardio for a while and then slowly incorporate back in. I keep my weight training intesnse tho so I keep my heart rate up. Eventually without cardio I feel like crap and my body tells me when I need to bring it back in.

I don't do any, then again I'm a hard gainer and never do cardio. Just seems like it's counterproductive; burning the extra calories you are consuming. But like said above, it's also for health. However, I get my heart rate up when lifting, especially squats and lunges.
i don't do cardio when bulking either, like said above i just keep up the intensity in the workout.
i do some cardio tho but thats with a woman![]()
