Yeah I Know Its Bad.ive Been Here Before And Lost It All.but I Can Never Seem To Get The Underside Of My Nipple Hard When I Flex.ive Tried Tons Of Dips And Decline Exercises But I Could Never Get The Nice Cut Under The Nipple.
