    Breakfest For Morning Lifts

My question is for those who lift in the morning. What do yo usually eat before going to the gym? I have to start lifting at 8 a.m. which i perty much first thing in the morning for my lazzy ass. I am used to eating 10 egg whites and a cup of oats with ilk and whey. Two problems with this now. 1) i don'[t have time to crack and fry the egg whites, 2) I don't think i can eat that much and then go to the gym right aay.
What is something light and won't give me an insuln sike so i can lift nice and with energy first thing in the morning? Can i just take a wey prtoin shake with some oats??
    thanks

why start two threads on the same topic? you're more likely to get ignored for doing that

    Ok my opinion.

Get up earlier so you have time to cook the egg whites, try microwaving them...its faster.

I eat a tin of tuna, bowl of oats an some dried apricots...takes about 3 mins to prepare

Yeah your just gonna have to suck it up. You could even get up at like 5-6 am, eat breakfast and go back to sleep for an hour or so then just take like a whey shake with some toast or gatorade pre workout.
