been thinkin about switching up my routine .... took a look at Pinn's sticky on splits, and I'm gonna run a variation of the 5x5 ... i do cardio ED (works for me as it helps me keep the fat down)

Standing BB Curls 5x5
Incline DB Curls 2x8-10
Preacher Curls 2x8-10
Day 2 - Legs
Squat 5x5
Leg Press 2x8-10
Hack Squat 2x8-10
SLDL 2x8-10
Leg Curls 2x8-10
Calf Raises 5x15
Day 3 - Cardio Only
Day 4 - Chest & Tri's
Flat Press BB 5x5
Incline DB Fly 2x8-10
Decline Press BB/DB 2x8-10
Close Grip Bench 5x5
Skullcrushers 2x8-10
Pulldowns 2x8-10
Day 5 - Back & Abs
Deads 5x5
Lat Pull 2x8-10
BB Rows 2x8-10
Seated Rows 2x8-10
Extensions 5x15-20
Abs - routine varies
Day 6 - Cardio Only
