Going to Europe for three months. I plan on doing one 3 hour full body workout every 7 days. Will this be enough to maintain strength and size assuming nutrition upkeep. Also does anyone know of any gym chains good for most major euro cities

Dude good luck. I live in Italy, the US when I can. Gyms are out the ass as far as price. Meat costs a lot and if you are a steak eater forget it. I dont know where all you are going and this is my opinion only. Its best to stay somewhere you can cook and go to the store yourself, dont eat out every night it will cost you. Id say take your own supplements, i dont even know if they sell them in italy. Porks pretty common in Germany, Italy, Greece. Just dont go expecting the US in any of those countries, have a good time though man. They like to get like as much bread/pasta as humanly possible too.
