Thanks to strict adherence to the bulk diet stickeys and my training regimen the last three + months, I have naturally added 15 llbs to my 5'11" frame, increasing my weight from 170 llbs to 185 llbs. However, for whatever reason, I've noticed some extra padding on the love handles. I'd like to continue clean bulking to increase my weight over 190llbs. Is there any way to reduce handles without lowering caloric intake and working cardio?
