really, all you need to do is something to get your heartrate up ...
from what I remember, just looking at yourself in the mirror should do the trick ... just be sure to clean out your gymshorts before hittin' the weightroom ...

Well, if I'm doing compound movements as part of my routine, I'll warm up with a body weight exercise (ie, pushups before bench press). I've found that this gives me an excellent pump!
