What do you think the best exercises are for mass of the chest?
I've started to incorperate more pushing movements over pulling together movements, like flys. Its helping but I want to know everyone thoughts.

I use incline and flat BB. Then weighted dips. Finish with flies.
I usually finish with fly's too. Either that or cable crossovers. 3-4 pushing movements, then finish with a pulling together.Originally Posted by MartyMcFly
These are the mass builders right here:
Incline dumbbell presses
Incline smith machine presses at different degrees
Flat bench with dumbbells or barbell or smith machine keep rotating
Incline flys
Dips for lower chest
Drop sets are good for certain exercises but I dont often superset chest.
