Oh man, todays is a perfect example of how to get fat and don't progress in lifting or anything for that matter.
Got up at 8am.. didn't eat untill 10:20am.
10:20 am - got 2 slices of pepperoni pizza
Drank about 40oz of water since 10:20 up untill 2:30pm.
At another 2 slices of pepperoni pizza at 2:35pm.
Wow, total fk up.
Funny, how I got all this knowledge ,learning, reading books every day to get more of it, planning and writing new diets and routines, couting callories and macros, and in the end not using any of it at all.
What the hell am I doing...
I think I just live by a dream of what I know, and how I would like to look like. The sad truth is, I am not big or strong and I am not doing sh!t about it either.
