Thread: need more chest mass

    Question need more chest mass

    can anyone help me with adding some chest mass.
    current exercises: flat dumbell press, incline dumbell press, weighted dips, dumbell and pulley flyes.

    my problem is that my mid and lower chest are lagging behind. i had to move incline presses to the end of my chest workout just to give the rest of my chest a chance to catch up.

    any help would be great!!! thanks guys

    This should be posted in the workout forum, you will get more responses. But as far as mass goes, I do a lot of cable work, and I use dumbells alot as well. Remember your upper chest is the hardest to develop.

    I think there is like a new chest mass thread every day,

    wonder why no one ever ask for a good hamstring or quad routine?
