I'm having trouble getting any kind of mass in my rhomboids, basically
the muscles of the upper back especially between my shoulders blades.
Anyone have any tips for bringing these out?

I like wide grip cable rows for these..it helps if you touch the bar near the upper chest to hit the upper back/traps/rhomboids
