    Hit Hst???

    Whats the best training program to be on when using gear. I'm on test e 500 and Eq 600/week. I've been trying different things but cant find a workout to stick with. High Intensity or more often? Can someone help me out or post their training practices?

    well i do both.high intensity high volume.my last leg day i totaled 129,185lbs. i do 6 sets 5 exercises for large muscles,3-4 exercises 4-5 sets for small muscles.

    there really is no answear for that,

    as long as you follow the basic principles of recovery, nut, intensity, change, form, etc. you should make gains.

    I might be way off here, but it seems like your getting the cart before the horse.

    you should have a really good idea on what works for you way before you start using drugs, the drugs dont change anything other than providing a springboard (yeah a huge one at that) for making bigger gains faster.

    the only way to realize those gains however is the work, and experementing/exploring you did as a natural trainee.

    so like I said before what works for you is what you should do.......

    not saying your a newb (hopefully you arent) just ranting I guess.
