    AM cardio w/abs?

    I'm going to start doing my cardio when I wake up on an empty stomach to burn some of this excess fat instead of doing it with my workouts. I wanted to throw in my abs with it too, but is it ok to do abs on an empty stomach as well, or should I keep my ab workouts with my weight training? Thanks bros.

    Sounds like a good idea. Easier on the stomach to do abs when empty anyway.

    I'd keep the abs at the end of your training. If you're doin' cardio on an empty stomach your abs have nothing to grow from. Cardio alone is stress enough.

    if you are doing a "split" am cardio & pm lift- then I do abs in the am w am cardio....then weight training in the pm.

    whenever is fine, for me abs is such an afterthought, It takes a pretty hot piece of ass for me to stick around to do them, deads and squats is all I really do now for em.....
