My chest is my weakest bodypart and smallest. I bench 185lbs for 6 reps. My arms are stronger than people my weight. It seems i use more arms when doing chest (barbells and dumbells), they feel the burn b4 chest does. My elbows are 90 degrees from body when doing any benching (dumbells or barbells). I change up my hand spacing often. I usually do flat and incline and finish off with dips and sometimes cables/flys, 3-4 sets each exercise, under 6 reps. Body type is exomorphic. What am i doing wrong? Should i pre-fatigue my chest b4 benching? Elbow position? Help would be appreciated.
