I have beat up shoulders, nothing ripped or tourn just real picky with the movemnts it likes. I discussed it with my MD. He explained that when I work out on a shoulder press machine, don't complete the the full range of motion. I'm to just push thru till just past my MELONDoes this make any sense to any one out there Thanks Bro's
