I was wondering what you guys thought of this for a Bicep day. I use the cable cross system mostly, its what I've seen the most results with. I use the straight bar and do Curls @ 120lbs x10 x4 increasing up to about 150 or so for the last set. Same using the crooked bar in between doing 2 sets at 150.

Tricep Rope Pull Downs 120 x 10 x 4
Then I do Crosses Holding at the end of each rep for a few seconds squeezing, trying to get more chest definition. 70 x10 x3

Then my daily cardio 1 mile run/jog alternating between laps to get my heart rate to 170-190 range then immediately to the bike for a good 20 mins or so.

I'm taking Creatine, Epedra 50mg and Isopure protein for supplements.

I usually get into the gym and go at it without a real schedule, I've gone from 359 down to now 283. I guess I was wondering what anyone thought of this as my typical day at the gym. I also play semi pro ball so I have practices 3x a week for more cardio... Thanks ahead of time
