    Weird a**ominals

Hello guys, well, got down to very low bodyfat last summer, the thing was, i only had "stripes" for a**ominals, did not have seperate muscles.

Could this be because my stomach muscles are under trained (Kind of think so, because when I flex my abs now, I can feel seperate muscles.

Belive this is the case, because I have been lazy on the ab workouts.
Is there any chance that my muscles are fused together, or does every human beeing have seperate small muscles?

Could just be genetics?? Your muscles might just look that way, also all I know is I used to have an 8 pack but now its a 7pack. At one point it felt like I tore something in my ab area and it has been "fused" as you say every since. Idk just a thought.

Well i`ll hit abs hard, and check it next time I cut down, if its my genetics or if my stomach is not well trained enough

Well I know my abs have changed slightly when I changed my training. Once I added squats and deads my abs became a little bit more blocky looking as opposed to thinner. Maybe that would help you out as well.
