    great forearm exercise

    does anybody know where to buy one of those bars with a rope that allows u to pull the weight up by rolling the bar in your hands?? it is a piece that baseball players frequently use

    Buy a bar, a piece of string and a plate. Most of the ones I see are homemade.

    I made mine. The ones at my gym are home made also.

    Made mine too, I don't think I've ever seen one that wasn't home made. Not to say they don't make them, just I've never seen one.

    Wrist curls and reverse curls are great too but nothing gives you that burn like the wrist roller.

    ive never even heard of that of putting a rope on the bar...can some1 explain it more in***th like how exactly to make it

    mine here in iraq is homemade too, a piece of re-bar and 550 cord.

    Drill a hole through a wooden dowel or a piece of PVC pipe. Tie a rope to the dowel long enough to reach the floor. Tie a plate of your choice in weight to the other end. Then using either underhand or overhand twist the dowel rolling up the rope around it raising the weight off the floor. Once you get to the top you roll it back down. Your foreamrs will def. burn loike hell.

    i made mine by drilling a whole in a pluger handle (removing the rubber part) and running a piece of 550 cord trhough it. Not the fanciest thing but works well. I have also used some made out of those battons they use in track and field, worked real well.

    yea i got a broomhandle cut short with a piece of 1/4 inch braided steel that i hook to a plate

    u can make one out of any number of things, a qwik trip to home ***ot and ur set, under 10 bucks im sure

    Buy one, much better quality than made for almost the same price.
    Grizzly makes a nice roller for $15.00
