Well, thats genetics, A good exp is take two ballons, one is short and fat one is long a skinny. Now fill them with air, there still the same shape but bigger. you cant change the shape just size.

Try 'danglers' -- When you lean over a preacher bench in reverse, for example. Perhaps, finish with these in controlled movements and managable weight. Sort of a 'concentration' movement (no swinging or cheating, here).Originally Posted by skeldno

i agree that it is genetics. even though you can improve whatever you got you're still stuck with what you got. you could do curls till the sun comes up but if you have a long bicep muscle you just aint gonna have a "peak" like schwarzenegger. just because you don't have a short bicep belly doesn't mean you can't have awesome arms, serge olivia is a good example.
How about stop worrying about your arms and squat and deadlift heavier and harder?
Biceps are a tiny bit of the body and guys with big arms and tiny every thing else just look stupid.
