    Looking to rip abs

    Hello all I'm looking to kill my abs I work them out every other day. I'm on a strict diet Oatmeal and 3 eggs in the morning 1 protein shake 3 hours later fish, chicken, or steak with vegetables for lunch, 2 hours later another protein shake and dinner the same as lunch. Any recommendations

    traiing abs doesnt make abs visible.. its based on diet..

    Just keep working on that diet you have going on. Don't forget to hit your lower abs through various leg raises. Seems most people just concentrate on crunches, roman chair and ab machines.

    Thanks for welcoming members that have been here longer than you, I'm sure they appreciate it. However, there are better ways to get your post count up. Like, oh I don't know, giving solid advice. Be a productive member of the board, not a pest.
