Anyone do those adduction a**uction machines for thighs?

You know the torture looking devices the women all use. I use em on quad days. I'm trying everything to put some size on my legs. I have to do the whole stack and then hang a plate on the side but I feel it working. My inner thighs are touching and I actually have a ridge on the outer thigh now to hold my pants up.

Ah yes... the machines I always like to keep in view in case a hottie decides to do them in short shorts and you get a nice view of crotch town. Those machines are great.... I even plan on useing them someday too!

I actually used it quite a bit when I was rehabing a groin injury.

I don't think that machine does much for size. I have only used it when I had an injury that prevented me from doing squats or presses. It hits different muscle groups altogether anyway. Although I am also a fan of watching the ladies use it.

Yeah it's like I can't put enough weight on it anymore. I'm squatting 415 now so unless I can get somebody to stand on the weight stack I won't have any use for em anymore.
We don't have any hotties at my gym. Not when I'm there anyway.

There is no need to use them. The hip area which is worked by 1 function of the machine is worked much better with squats or even leg press. The inner thigh, which is worked by another function of the machine is also worked better by other exercises. The sumo stance deadlift using all 25 lbs. plates so the bar is lower, wide stance squat, pyle squat, wide front squat, sumo deadlift straddling bar, sumo dumbbell deadlift, or even a wide stance leg press are great for the inner thigh. The inner thigh shouldn't be ignored though. It contributes a lot to the shape and size of the upper thigh. Also keep in mind there is LOTS of overlap in all the good compound lower body lifts.
