    chest

    i have been having shoulder problems... went for treatments like 8 motnsh ago... he would take pressure points on my back to shoot pains down to my shoulder... after about 10-15 treatmetns the problem was fixed

    lately its been acting up again... so my bench and other presses are suffering majorly.. ne suggestuions? ( besdies time off the gym )

    arms
    legs
    back
    chest

    when you do your presses is there more severe pain from barbell or dumbbell presses? Also what did your dr's treatments consist of?

    barebell causes it to hurt more than dumbell..

    when i swa the chiro. he would just just pressure points on my upper back that shot down pains to my shoulders... evenchually it fixed my problem

    avoid exercise that exacerbate the condition

    yeah plain and simple

    and warm up for longer, do some mobility exercises “rotator cuff" get that synovial fluid flowing b4 you hit the banch.

    best thing i did was drop bench for a while and stick to dumbells, more freedom of movement and better stretch.

    depends on the injury i guess but if you have to bench use a power benching technique(i drop my elbows in towards my sides), just seems to ease mine anyway.
