Going great. But I want to make sure that I'm getting the best results with the sickest workout split around.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a killer MASS workout here. I need somthiong that breaks down the entire workout with sets and reps, days. Right now I'm doing 3 days on 1 day off

Abs done EOD
4000 calories per day
400 grams of protien per day
