    muscle exhaust fast

well ive been through alot of different routines over the 6 years im currently following the "dogcrapp training manual" that i got from here. making really good gains size and strength bout 15 pounds in a month and bench max went from 315 to about 355 but lately it feels like lactic acid builds up really fast and im starting to loose strength from it, my diet is pretty good 250 grams protein,300 grams quality carbs i eat rice, yams, wheat bread, chicken and steak, supplementing with creatine, glutamine and aminos. could this be over training or
something, my muscles also cramp up alot(this does not apply to my legs). should i just change up my routine or what??

cramping is usually a sign of dehydration. make sure you are drinking plenty of water both before and during your workout (especially if you are using NO). the most common sign of overtraining is weight loss. if u r at a steady weight just try taking an extra day at the end of the week. other supplements like b12 aid in energy and endurance.
