    Cardio While Juicing?

    hello,

    just curious, i was thinking of doing a cycle of sustanon 250 for 10 weeks, and followed by winni. i know to eat clean and alot, and take alot
    of protein in. but i am confused, because i workout on mon, wed, fri, and the other days, i like to do cardio!,while on sustanon250, will doing cardio be wasting my time, considering it will burn calories? just confused! or , will it be to my advantage to burn fat, and not to lose bulk while using sustanon?

    Don't over due it on the cardio if your trying to bulk.
    Yes you can still do it but I'd say only 2-3 times a week and not more then 25mins a session.
    Last time I took winny I couldn't do cardio at all really becuz of the shin splints I was getting. Maybe it was just me, but alot of guys get shin splints when taking D-bol or Winny.

    hay,
    thans for the info, i had a buddy of mine that took winni and he
    said he had shine splints really bad. anybody else with any answers?

    wats a shine splint? Is that wat u call it when the front of your shine muscle is hurting, like when u walk to much, or walk up to many stairs??

    i am on a bulking cycle and not doing cardio i didnt gain to mush fat my bf was 8% not its 9 % or less

    you can do cardio on the winny, i did, but the main thing is that you have to push a lot of water to keep your muscles from cramping, and a shin splint is when the muscle comes off the bone on your lower leg.

    Yea try to stay away from the cardio on a bulking cycle.
