Thanks Stealer. What exercises would you suggest? One arm DB rows? Any others?
I usually alternate my weeks one week isolation next week compound for isolation I'll usually use 1 arm dumbbell rows or seated cable rows with a single handle also if you gym has one of those isolation pulldown machines they work great too
