I am new to this scene and with some help from my friend, I have come to the conclusion to run Anavar at 30mg/day (100 pills /10mg pills) and running the new H-Drol formula with the original Stimerex ES formula with Ephedra.....
I am currently 24 yrs old and im 6'3 250, not in the best shape, I fell off from last summer where i was working out alomst 7 days a week. Bascially I was seeing an extremely hot chick and used her as my drive to bust my ass in the gym, lol. Now we broke up a while ago and I SEVERELY fell off the wagon and gained ~30 pounds......
So now I have a pretty big gut and not cut at all and I am starting to look husky (NOT GOOD). Basically my plan is dieting and cardio which are my 2 main points to concentrate on, then comes lifting.
I was plaining on working out about 5 days a week doing mainly 45 mins of cardio and 30 mins of lifting..........as for my diet I am italian and enjoy to eat, real food, not peanuts and walnuts and oatmeal........i like pasta and pizza and chicken parm, that type of stuff...........
I am pretty bad at building a scheduele but once I get into it, its hard to stop me........... ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!! (with everything I just mentioned)
