Need a good chest routine; flabby.

Hey everyone. I am 27yrs old. 6ft 1" 198lbs. I have a flabby chest. It looks like I got tits so to speak. It's not really bad but eh you all know how we judge our selfs harder then most people do. This causes me to rarely take off my shirt and hell I didn't even want to go to the beach this year. So anyhow I am wondering what I can do. Someone told me to run and said that's the only way, so I started doing 25-30 minutes of cardio around 5am Monday - Friday (I work out with weights at night usually around 6pm). Last night I bumped into a guy at the gym who said he had a flabby chest too at one point. He said all he did was incline wide dumbbells and that I should ONLY ever do them when working out my chest b/c working the top of the chest will bring the top part of the chest out and in turn lift up the flabby bottom and make you have a wider chest. I just value everyones opinion on this site and thought I'd check in here to see what you all say

    thanks

Flat/Incline/Decline Dumbbell bench is what I do. 2 warm up sets and then 3 sets of each. Combine this with light morning cardio and your chest will fill out and help you lose fat which in turn will lift it and make it tighter.

Do you do lighter weight 12 times or normal weight 10 times? I always heard that the more you do you do for cutting and the less is for bulking?

Nah thats bs. Cutting deals with your diet and how much bodyfat you have. I am around 10-12% bf and I lift heavy all the time. My rep ranges are usually 6-8 on chest and I am decently cut.

Sounds like you are carrying too much bodyfat like Renesis just stated.

Performing more work will actually make your chest softer if it causes you to over-train!
