After about a month getting back into training, my back is the hardest thing to get sore after a workout. My back is also the hardest muscle to feel a good contraction with an exercise, so maybe if you guys could recommend some good back exercises that would help?? Any other suggestions? Here was my back routine this week:
sets/reps
Seated cable rows: 3/15/12/10
Overhead pull-down: 3/15/12/12
Reverse fly: 3/15/12/12
Dumbbell rows: 3/12/12/10
