I'm always trying to gain with little worry about bf, but i do maintain 12-15% and sometimes 20% depending. I just like strength increases, and if i lose weight in the process, then great.
My favs are pizza, hamburgers, fries, waffles, pancakes. Isn't this the best time to eat this junk? And yes, i add butter and syrup if needed.
