    post workout meal

    This might be the wrong forum, and if so i apologize.
    My question is: What is your favorite pwo meal?
    I'm always trying to gain with little worry about bf, but i do maintain 12-15% and sometimes 20% depending. I just like strength increases, and if i lose weight in the process, then great.
    My favs are pizza, hamburgers, fries, waffles, pancakes. Isn't this the best time to eat this junk? And yes, i add butter and syrup if needed.
    Thanks for all responses. Doesn't your body eat this up right after a workout?

    Yes this is the wrong section. Their is a diet section for this.

    12-20% body fat is huge jump in fat. It prolly isnt that extreme.

    That food you mention is never good. Even for bulking. They could be used for your one cheat meal for the week is all. Check out the diet section and educate yourself. You will get better results then you have ever had.

    I'm asking if this is the best time to eat these foods? I think so. If a person really has to eat them. I'll move it to the diet section bro.

    No, you should never eat them imo. Its garbage food. Ill eat stuff like that for cheat meals.

    Eat protein or cretine right after your workout. maybe even a quick animanl pack rice cakes or a granolla bar just to get some carolies in u
