what is every1's take on a workout of straight calastedics....i have worked out with weights for years...past 6 months i have been doing little to no weights only dips push ups and pull ups..and i have lost some size but i am a lot more cut up and have more of a diamond shape...i also do squats with lunges...(1 squat 1 lunge=1 rep)...my schedule looks like this
Monday-10x15 pull ups 10x20 dips
tuesday-10x15 pull 10x40 push ups
wend- same 10x 20 squat lunges
thursday same and then overhead extensions with a 25lb db single arm
friday 10x15 pulls......................everything is superset
what are your opinions on a workout like this...overtraining?...just want an outside opinion
