Thumbs up New workout to build muscle and trim???

Hi im going to be starting my cycle in feb test e and dbol but because im carrying abit of excess i was wondering whether or not it would be a good idea to build up and trim down my bf at the same time by obviously sticking to a good healthy diet and doing alot of cardio? will this effect the amount of muscle mass i gain?? cheers guys

you cant bulk up and cut up at the same time...you have to pick one or the other. but you can do a clean bulk to try and keep your bf down

    Wink

The extra cardio will over-train your CNS when added to all the weight training needed to grow.

I would suggest decreasing carb intake during the steroid cycle to make it a lean bulker. Consume 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight and take in about 1 healthy fat gram for each low gi carb gram you eat.

well iv got my diet sorted out at 2g of protein per pound and 100grm of carb and 100g of fat but the only fat im having is ***** 3 with the rest coming from my meat(saturated) i think 100g of carbs a day is pretty low anyway and im probably going to do 30-40 mins a day on cardio would that be fine for my nervous system. im just trying to get the right balance, or should i wait for my cycle until iv lost my desired weight first?

Please post the training routine you plan to use. Include days and work sets. Also, how long is your cycle going to be? Then, we can answer your question.

alright mate i plan to do two muscles per day mon-fri then weekend off coz i want to trim some fat im doing a low carb diet before i start my cycle which is going to be 12 weeks long test e and dbol 1-4 weeks. im 25 yrs 5,11ft and 224pounds so i rekon i need to lose a good 2 stone excess coz iv had about 5months off from doing anything due to alot of reasons and the fact i got a little lazy and demotivated but that aint gonna happen again. in your oppinion with my stats and my well planned diet (when im on my cycle im going to be on 448 grms of protein aday, 100grms of carbs, 100grms of fat but most of that is going to be saturated from my proteins and maybe 2-4 tbls of ***** 3, iv split it up in 8 meals a day, works about 56grms of protein per meal but the 100 grms of carbs dont give me much to work with although im only gonna start out at 1 work out a day so morning and afternoon before gym at 50-50 should be okay. what do you reckon and what gains after losing abit of weight and starting my cycle hardcore do you reckon ill achieve im gonna do progressive training so ill improve on my weight lifting every session and ill do 3 sets of 8-10-12, cheers
